and consulting for and writing scripts for both external and internal audiences.
Copywriter and brand messaging consultant, Oiselle (February 2024-present)
As the sole copywriter for this high-end women’s athleticwear brand, I craft copy for consumers as well as wholesale partners like REI and Backcountry. In addition to providing copy across all channels (paid and organic social, email, website, product descriptions, brand book, and physical marketing assets) I work with the creative director to drive the year’s content plan as well as evolving the brand’s voice as the company grows.
Copywriter, Amazon (January 2021-April 2023)
Managed Amazon Business Payments and Lending’s overall brand voice, messaging, and positioning and supported messaging strategy and development for product marketing campaigns. Worked with an international team of stakeholders representing Amazon’s American Express small business credit card,
and provided copy for product marketing managers as well as step-by-step guidance and expertise as they crafted their own copy. Worked with the creative director on a series of blog posts and videos showcasing small-business owners around the country. Wrote short-form and long-form copy, including top- and mid-funnel B2B emails, video scripts, blog posts and how-to guides. Served a unique intersection of B2B and consumer clients; while helping small-business owners navigate the world of marketing their own products, I worked internally with Amazon to ensure mutual agreement and collaboration on voice as well as adherence to the ever-changing style guide.
Copywriter, Williams & Helde, Inc. (Sept. 2019-October 2021)
I spent over two years as a copywriter for Seattle’s oldest advertising and marketing agency. Clients served include Philips Sonicare, Philips Ultrasound, K2, BENETEAU and Duraflame. Duties included writing email and direct mail content, paid and organic social media content, app content, video scripts, blog posts, newsletters, packaging, trade show collateral, presentations and website copy, and even a cookbook; concepting for international product launches; and creating brand messaging campaigns for athletic partnerships.

I served as the senior copywriter at a digital and social advertising agency based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Clients served include Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, the New Mexico Tourism Department and Tourism Santa Fe’s visual arts campaign. Duties included writing copy for television and radio advertisements; writing paid and organic social media content, blog posts, newsletters, articles, presentations and website copy; editing; writing and presenting communications plans and social strategies to new clients; branding; on-video interviewing; voiceover; community management; and staying up-to-date on the latest platforms and current best practices in the field (including digital marketing, SEM and SEO).

At New Mexico’s largest public relations firm, I supervised several accounts, including Town of Taos Tourism and the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association. In addition, I provided written content for clients, such as press releases, articles, weekly travel columns, blog posts and communications plans, earned media and website copy. Earned media placements include USA Today, Cosmopolitan, Redbook and US News and World Report.
Resident playwright and instructor, Albuquerque Little Theatre, (February 2011-April 2017)
Wrote 4 to 6 scripts per year for casts as large as 30 for Albuquerque Little Theatre, the state’s oldest and largest community theater. Founded Play Builders, an original children’s theater program in which students create their own characters that are then incorporated into a custom script for performance on the main stage. Directed and marketed multiple children’s plays per year. Cofounder of the Theatre’s outreach program, in which instructors cast and rehearse onsite at local schools and organizations and bring the group to the theatre for a performance on the main stage.
